We are an onsite computer repair and service company, started in Gwinnett in 2006 (Prior business experience - Certified PCs. LLC. DBA - Expetec of Boca in South Florida 1994-2006). Our clientele has grown by servicing the home end users and small business sectors. The larger franchise servicing companies are not interested in the home service calls because they can not charge the highest fees. Thus, they have either stopped servicing the home user, or quote $200 - $300 for an estimate so they can either make the customer pay this exorbitant price or ‘scare them’ into going away. Gwinnett Computer Doctor is not a franchise, but owned and operated by Bob Cameron, located in Dacula, GA. One of the things we do that the franchises do not: We quote you an estimate on location, and do not charge a one hour service call fee in addition to a trip charge fee.
